HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
This was Papa's 76th birthday...too bad he didn't know it was his birthday! (He did know that his birthday is "10-4", just didn't know that we were celebrating his birthday here :)) Papa is progressing quickly in my eyes, in his diagnosis of Alzheimers and requires a lot of redirecting. We take every moment the Lord gives us when he does remember who we are and how we are his.
Here is Grandma and Papa...Thank you Lord for the influence that this cute couple has had on my life!
This is the only picture that I had of my mom, yes what a shame for me to only have this picture of her, but at least its one. Today, October 9th, is her birthday and I hope that she is having as much fun for her birthday as Jack was here. It's okay Mom, dive into some cake and enjoy your day!
It is crazy how time flies when we are all having fun! It seems like yesterday that I was a kid living with my mom and dad, spending weekends with my grandparents, no real responsibilities. Today, my kids are able to enjoy what my yesterdays were, I just pray that the Lord protects them as much as He protected me through my yesterdays as well as my todays!
